New Breed is more than a training center. It is known to many as home. A family based facility where the instructors care the over all well being of each student.
The children/teens are taught to strive for acedmic achievement, manners and respect for themselves and their community. The adults are inspired to step out their comfort zones by trying a variety of classes offered: Kenpo, Ju-Juitsu, Kick-Boxing and Sparring.

I recently enrolled my three boys in this school(ages 3, 8 and 10)The instructors are great with kids. I have been in martial arts my entire life and have not seen such positive reinforcement while holding the kids responsible for their behavior. After only two classes I saw a change in my ten year olds behavior. The boys are assigned chores to do around the house as well as being held to a standard in their school performance. Great environment.

New Breed Martial Arts has been a lifesaver for my family. Our son was hanging out with the wrong crowd and getting into some trouble and the school recommended an after school activity. A friend recommended New Breed and I am glad she did. While he is still a preteen and has his days- the training has helped his confidence, strength in his mind and body, and respect for himself and others. I am extremely impressed! After the first week, my son no longer argues when it's time to get something done. After two weeks, all I have to say is "Will Mr. Bobby be proud?" or "Is that citizenship?" and he automatically makes the right choice. The sheer pride on his face when he earned his first strop brought me to tears. Couldn't be happier!

The instructors here are great with my kids. My oldest son gets frustrated learning new things. Mr A and Mr Garret are patient and make learning fun for him. I have definitely learned a thing or two about how to approach my own kids when I am frustrated that they are not understanding something. They teach the kids respect and give it to them in return. They kneel down and talk to my kids in the eye making them feel important. I really feel that the skills they learn at New Breed will help them in the future, whether it be standing up to a bully, defending themselves or defending someone else.

My son has been in the kids class for a few months and I am so happy with his progress. He was so shy the first day but the class has built his confidence. He gets very excited to attend class every week, proud of himself after getting a new stripe on his belt, and his listening skills have improved. Mr. Garret is great with the kids. I love how they emphasize importance on doing things correctly, listening, and being respectful. I’m super happy with this place.

Do I need to be in shape before I start Kickboxing?

Short answer; absolutely not! We have members of all health and fitness levels, and our classes are designed to fit around each one of these levels.

The only thing we ask is that you bring your best attitude when you come to one of our classes. If you have the mental framework determined to become physically healthy, that is all we want to see. Our trainers will help you get into the best shape of your life!

Can I lose weight with the Fitness Kickboxing program?

Of course. Although, we must say you get what you put in. If you follow a consistent workout pattern, you are bound to see the results you want. On average, kickboxers burn an average of 820 calories per hour.

Do I need any kickboxing experience?

No, we love teaching new members. There is no better way to gain respect from our community than someone who has the will to join our class without any experience. If you can take that first step, you have already proven to our group that you are a strong-minded individual. We will teach you everything you need to know.

Does the physical training include weights or machines?

Most of the training comes from the natural, isotonic, aerobic, anaerobic, and isometric exercises, although, some weight training may be recommended or used. These exercises help our members with losing weight and toning the whole body; our focus is for you to develop speed, flexibility, and force.

What should I wear or bring?

Sweats and a T-shirt, or yoga attire, work best. You’ll also want to bring a towel and a bottle of water. And of course bring the mental attitude that you’re going to kill this workout!

How often should I attend classes?

We understand how busy your life can be; we would love to see you at least once a week. We believe once a week will be a good start for you to build your overall endurance and capability to implement the basic kickboxing moves.

Once you have built the basic foundation of the Kickboxing moves, we encourage you to then increase the amount of frequency and intensity of your workouts. We want you to go at your own pace, but make sure to challenge yourself to see the best results.
